By analysing measured cavity weight data, Cav-Bal® determines the appropriate hot runner tip temperature settings required to achieve cavity balance without trial and error. Cav-Bal® is used during mould qualification, process validation, and troubleshooting to establish stable and repeatable cavity balance conditions.
