Cav-Bal® Hot Runner Cavity Balance Software

Cav-Bal® is proprietary cavity balance software developed by Moulding Optimisation Ltd to correct hot runner cavity imbalance quickly and reliably. Using measured cavity weight data, Cav-Bal® calculates the hot runner tip temperature settings needed to achieve cavity balance without relying on trial and error. It is used during mould qualification, process validation, and troubleshooting to help establish stable and repeatable cavity balance conditions.

Our engineers have extensive hands-on experience in injection moulding process optimisation, mould validation, and process validation, particularly within the medical device sector.
